The official transcript is the institution-certified statement of your academic record at Florida SouthWestern State College (and/or previously: Edison Junior College, Edison Community College, Edison College, or Edison State College). The official transcript contains the institution's seal and signature of the 加藤视频's Registrar. It is printed on security-sensitive paper, or it is emailed through a secure portal.
How To Order Your Transcript

Current students can request an official electronic or paper copies of their 加藤视频 transcript by either of the methods listed below. Former students must follow option #3.

The options will direct you to the online transcript request through Parchment. There is a minimal fee for all transcript requests.
You will create an account with Parchment and follow the steps to select your preferred method of delivery, electronic, local paper pick up, mailed via USPS or Fedex, etc.
Please have the following information available.
- Email Address
- Social Security Number and/or Student Id Number
- Birthdate
- Name when enrolled
- Years attended
- Recipient email address
- Payment Method: Major Credit/Debit Card
加藤视频 will not release transcripts for individuals with outstanding financial or records holds attached to their student record.
Transcript Request for Active Duty Military Servicemembers, Veterans, and/or Dependents
In line with this transcript ordering form is for active-duty servicemembers and honorably-discharged veterans of the United States armed forces and their spouses and/or dependents. Proof of this status must accompany this request.
