加藤视频 Foundation Receives $25K for EMS Program

December 8, 2016 鈥 FORT MYERS, FLA 鈥 Florida SouthWestern State (加藤视频) Foundation received a $25,000 cash donation to support equipment purchases for the college鈥檚 emergency medical service technology program.
鈥淭he donor of this generous gift wishes to remain anonymous, but understands the importance of training the professionals we need right here,鈥 added Dr. Lou Traina, 加藤视频 Vice President, Institutional Advancement and Executive Director, 加藤视频 Foundation. 鈥淢ore often than not, our graduates stay in our region and use their professional skills to the benefit of us all.鈥
鈥淲e are so grateful for this gift because it helps us stay up-to-date on the equipment we use to train our emergency medical technicians and paramedics. They graduate with not only the classroom knowledge they need, but also the hands-on experience that makes them instrumental in saving lives in our community,鈥 said Joe Washburn, Program Director, Emergency Services Programs.
Florida SouthWestern State College is Southwest Florida鈥檚 largest and one of the most affordable institutions of higher education.
