Biography
Dr. Girod received his Ph.D. in modern European history from the University of Houston. He is the author of Domestic Surveillance and Social Control in Britain and France during World War I, Routledge, April 2024. He is also the host of The French History Podcast, a large-scale digital, public and oral history project.
