The Center of Healthcare Training & Simulation Excellence provides high-quality CPR and first aid courses to 加藤视频 students, faculty/staff, and community members.
The training center is in affiliation and compliance with the American Heart Association (AHA) and Stop the Bleed.
The Center of Healthcare Training & Simulation Excellence at 加藤视频 is a Public Regional Training Center offering CPR, first aid, and advanced healthcare courses. Open to the public, healthcare professionals, and 加藤视频 students, faculty, and staff, we proudly follow American Heart Association (AHA) and Stop the Bleed standards.
Classes provided:
Heartsaver CPR, AED & First Aid
Cost: $80
Heartsaver CPR and first aid courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical experience. After completing the course, participants receive a two-year certification.
Heartsaver CPR, AED & First Aid for K-12 Schools
Cost: Varies
Heartsaver CPR & First Aid training at a reduced cost for K-12 schools wishing to train their students, faculty, and staff.
- Adult/child/infant CPR and AED 4 hrs - $55/teacher
- CPR and First Aid 7 hrs - $80/person

Stop the Bleed庐
Cost: $45 (1.5 hrs)
Our instructors will teach you live鈥攊n person, using training materials specially developed to teach bleeding control techniques. They will not only instruct you, they will be available to check your movements as you practice three different bleeding control actions. They will keep working with you until you demonstrate the correct skills to STOP THE BLEED庐 and save a life.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
Cost: $70 (4 hrs)
This course is designed for prehospital providers and in-facility hospital providers. The BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Cost: $145 (ACLS Initial, 8 hrs)
This course is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies and for personnel in emergency response.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Cost: $145 (8 hrs)
This course is designed for healthcare professionals who participate on the management of pediatric emergencies and reinforces the important concepts of a systematic approach to pediatric assessment, basic life support, PALS treatment algorithms, effective resuscitation, and team dynamics.
Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS)
Cost: $160
This curriculum offers health care providers the training to make a rapid evaluation, stabilize, and care for stroke patients.
Course prerequisite:
ACLS/BLS Combo
Cost: $195 (8 hrs)
This course will cover both ACLS and BLS competencies.
